Dank World · XRPL · Public alpha white paper
1 g Weed Tokens
Version 0.9 · October 25, 2026 · Planned assets and game use
This paper describes a planned family of transferable XRPL game tokens. Each full token is intended to correspond to one gram of the named strain's virtual 42% pure-line cured flower in Dank World. It is not cannabis and cannot be exchanged for a physical product.
At a glance
- Planned game use: 1 token may be sent back for 1 g of the named strain's virtual 42% pure-line cured flower. Fractions represent proportional amounts. It is not physical cannabis, a seed, a cash claim, or ownership in MTC.
- First planned strains: Genesis 04-20-2026 first, then Hindu Kush, Acapulco Gold, and Durban Poison. Each will be a separate asset with its own issuer and supply.
- Cap: 1,000,000,000 units per initial strain are planned to be pre-issued before launch; each issuer is intended to be blackholed after verification.
- Company allocation: 10,000,000 tokens (1%) per strain are founder-created for planned sale. The other 990,000,000 units initially serve eligible player conversions. Company units are not presented as previously grown flower.
- Trading: planned XRPL trust-line tokens may be transferred or offered on the DEX. Neither liquidity nor resale value is guaranteed.
1. What the token is intended to do
After the return-to-game feature is built and separately announced, a holder would send the correct token to the then-current official address and submit the validated transaction for one-time credit to a linked Dank World account. One token would credit 1 g of the named strain's eligible virtual flower; 0.5 token would credit 0.5 g. The game would retain the exact accepted fractional balance. Flower could be spent in 0.1 g increments, with smaller remainders retained for later use.
Holding, buying, transferring, or returning a token alone would not award Strain Passport smoke progress. Only verified smoking would. Tokens cannot be redeemed for physical cannabis, seeds, money, or a guaranteed return.
The return-to-game function is not available yet. A pending address is not a destination. MTC will publish the exact issuer/currency pair, active address, instructions, any minimum or fee, and live status before asking holders to send anything.
2. Supply and player conversion
MTC plans to issue exactly 1 billion tokens per initial strain into company-controlled wallets before launch. Each strain's issuer will then be blackholed. Players converting eligible flower out of the game will receive tokens from that existing supply.
We are building a robust tracking database to account for token supply and every in-game conversion, so the correct amount of tokens goes to the correct wallet for the correct reason. During early alpha, please bear with us: many outward transfers will be reviewed and distributed by a team member while we test the process. Only eligible 42% pure-line cured flower can be converted; simply harvesting, earning a Passport stamp, or owning a card does not award tokens.
The 10-million company allocation is founder-created and separate from the 990-million player-release pool. It is not a claim that MTC previously grew 10 million grams. All units are intended to carry the same virtual game use, not a claim on physical cannabis reserves.
3. Sending tokens back, recirculation, and sunset
During a planned circulating phase, a holder would send the correct token to the published player-release operating wallet. The game would check the exact issuer, currency, amount, destination, validated transaction, and linked account before crediting the same amount of virtual flower once. Returned units could later be sent to another player converting eligible flower outward. This would not increase the one-billion supply.
If a valid outward conversion request finds no releasable units after pending transactions and reservations are reconciled, outward conversion for that strain would permanently sunset. A request larger than a nonempty available balance would not itself trigger sunset. After sunset, no later return would reopen outward conversion. The official return destination would change to that strain's blackholed issuer account, where returned tokens would burn instead of recirculating. The Strainbook, Passport, game interface, and this page must show the current phase and destination before any transfer is requested.
This is a planned send-and-verify service, not a live automated bridge. Do not infer a destination from an old screenshot, social post, or earlier transaction. Transfers to an old or wrong address, or made while the service is unavailable, are not automatically eligible for game credit. A post-sunset transfer to the issuer cannot be returned by MTC.
4. Planned company sale on the XRPL DEX
For each of the four initial strains, MTC plans three company sell offers open at the same time against its 10-million-token company allocation:
| Standing company ask | Tokens per strain | Price per token | XRP if fully filled |
|---|---|---|---|
| Lower price | 6,000,000 | 0.0002 XRP | 1,200 XRP |
| Middle price | 2,000,000 | 0.0004 XRP | 800 XRP |
| Higher price | 2,000,000 | 0.0008 XRP | 1,600 XRP |
| Total | 10,000,000 | — | 3,600 XRP |
These would be simultaneous standing offers with no planned expiration or repricing. They may fill partly, cross another order, become unfunded, or disappear following ledger activity. MTC will disclose an exceptional legal, security, or technical suspension or correction. Other traders may post competing offers; MTC does not control market price or promise liquidity. The XRP totals are arithmetic examples, not revenue predictions or USD prices.
These planned asks are not an invitation to trade an unverified lookalike. An official sale notice must identify the exact issuer, currency code, offer accounts, and ledger links. If company offers open while game return remains unavailable, that status must be displayed before purchase. Buyers must not assume immediate in-game use or a launch date.
5. Token controls and risks
The planned assets are XRPL tokens intended for use as in-game currencies. On XRPL, each is identified by the issuer address and currency code together, not by name or card image. Wallets may require an XRP reserve. MTC plans no issuer freeze, no clawback, and no transfer fee. Each issuer would be blackholed only after settings, supply, and outstanding ledger objects are checked. Blackholing is irreversible and limits MTC's ability to correct an on-chain mistake. MTC can pause its own game service or company offers in an incident but cannot reverse holder-to-holder XRPL transfers after blackholing.
The ledger proves token movements, not events inside Dank World. Game crediting, virtual inventory, and support depend on MTC's service. Keys can be lost; transfers can go to the wrong address; markets can be illiquid; the game or XRPL can be unavailable. Alpha mechanics, limits, and interfaces may change when testing reveals problems. MTC will date and explain material changes here. No uninterrupted service, completion date, future value, dividends, interest, or share of MTC revenue is promised.
6. Additional strains
MTC plans to consider separate 1 g tokens for all 110 unique OG and LOUD strains, Strain of the Month card strains, and selected Bonus Card strains. This is a roadmap, not a list of issued assets. Card categories can overlap; MTC will avoid issuing the same strain twice under different categories. Each later strain needs its own public specification. The first four strains' cap, pricing, eligibility, and sale allocation do not automatically apply to future assets.
7. Official identifiers and current status
| Strain | Official issuer + currency code | Circulating return address | Post-sunset destination | Status |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Genesis 04-20-2026 | Pending | Pending | Issuer, after sunset | Planned first; return function pending |
| Hindu Kush | Pending | Pending | Issuer, after sunset | Planned; return function pending |
| Acapulco Gold | Pending | Pending | Issuer, after sunset | Planned; return function pending |
| Durban Poison | Pending | Pending | Issuer, after sunset | Planned; return function pending |
Pending is not an address. Do not send tokens yet. When a strain token goes live, its verified issuer address, currency code, and current status will appear here, on that strain's card in the Strainbook, and in its Strain Passport information. Once sending tokens back to the game is enabled, the current return address and instructions will appear in those same three places. Each asset will also receive a dated status entry with verified issuance and blackhole transaction links, precision and limits, and any game-service fee. A transfer must match the currently published phase and instructions to be eligible for credit.
8. Alpha support and transaction terms
How to request help
Email info@marijuanatradingcards.com with the subject 1g Weed Token Support. Include the strain, public XRPL sending address, transaction hash, amount, approximate UTC time, and Dank World account or wallet address if relevant. Describe what you expected and what happened. Never send a seed phrase, private key, password, or Xaman approval code. MTC will review ledger and protected game records; support cannot promise an immediate response or reverse a validated XRPL transaction.
Transfers before the return function opens
Before an official return address and enabled game function are announced, token sends are not supported redemption requests. If tokens are accidentally sent to an MTC-controlled address, contact support promptly with the transaction hash. MTC will review whether the transfer can be identified and safely returned, but recovery is not guaranteed. Network fees and issuer burns cannot be undone. Do not send a second transaction to try to fix the first.
Missing game credit after launch
Once the return function is enabled, MTC will investigate a validated, correctly addressed transfer that was not credited. If MTC's processing failed, it will reconcile the transaction and provide the owed in-game credit or another appropriate correction. Transfers involving a wrong issuer, currency, destination, or account may not be recoverable. MTC may pause new returns during an incident, identify affected requests, and publish the next support step. One transaction cannot be claimed twice.
Company sales and refunds
MTC's normal company-sale policy is no voluntary change-of-mind refund after correct validated token delivery. This does not remove remedies for MTC-caused non-delivery, wrong quantity or destination, duplicate charge, or rights required by applicable law. Market losses or a buyer's later transfer are not failed delivery. MTC will use on-chain and order records to review a claim. Any final sale-specific conditions must be shown before company offers go live.
Changes during alpha
Once enabled, these features will be tested in the live game as an early alpha. We hope they work as designed, but errors or unexpected results may require changes. MTC may revise future eligibility checks, minimums, fees, and return workflow as testing reveals problems. Changes will be dated here and explained before they apply to new actions. Confirmed transfers and game credits must be reconciled rather than silently erased. MTC may pause an unsafe function while investigating. The alpha label does not waive applicable consumer rights or make an unimplemented feature work.
9. Publication and launch status
This paper explains a planned alpha service. It is not a sale announcement, working return instruction, or proof that the four issuers exist. Before announcing an asset or company offer, MTC must publish and verify its exact identifiers and ledger evidence. Before asking players to send tokens into the game, MTC must implement and test one-time transaction matching, protected game crediting, fractional balances, failure recovery, and the correct destination for each phase.
This page does not give legal, tax, or investment advice. Availability of MTC services may depend on eligibility and jurisdiction even though MTC cannot control independent XRPL transfers.

XRPL behavior is described in its official documentation for trust-line tokens, DEX offers, and blackholed accounts. The SEC's crypto-asset transaction guidance explains why an offer, not just an asset label, matters. These sources do not establish the treatment of MTC's specific program.
